I managed to get my hands on the ASUS MATRIX HD7970 Platinum, ill share some Pictures and results here.
I Actually Liked the features Like VGA Hotwire, overvoltage buttons + - on the Graphic Card itself and the 20-Phase Supper Alloy Power which enhance the performance, reliability and card longevity.

The Card got COoled by DirectCU II Desing which give 20% Cooler and 3X Quiter Operation from the stock reference HD7970GHz Edition Card

Rear View:

this section of the card is called Tweakit which allow to adjust the voltage and 100% Fan Speed mode.
Front View:

the card have 4x Display ports and 2x DVI ports

VGA HotWire:


There are places for the VGA hotwire on the card which allows connecting the card itself to the motherboard to overvoltage the card for better overclocking options

Running:

The MATRIX logo on the side of the card lights up when running , it goes Blue while idle and Red while on load



Benchmarks:



Comparing to the results the card did well done Job against the HD7970 Defaults Speeds, still running on Great on all Games, i also tried overclocking the card which I managed to hit 1290MHz On Core Speed and 7300Mhz on Memory Speed using the new options on GPU Tweak software from ASUS,
The card is Available at computer plaza for avg. price of 2150 AED
