So I wanted to clean the top of my backspace key, I put a drop (literally) of water + soap on my finger and rubbed it. Cleaned it, but after few mins keyboard no longer worked properly.
Some keys work properly, for some others, when I press 1 key, 3 keys get pressed. e.g. pressing 'm' causes 'mny' to be pressed.
That was 24 hrs ago. The problem is still there.
Do you have any suggestions on how to get this fixed without taking it apart.
If not, any way of getting this fixed after taking it apart?
Or is the only way taking it apart and getting a new keyboard?
It's a Lenovo Edge laptop.
Thanks.

After 1 more day no improvement. Took it apart and it seems the best way is just to get a new keyboard...
