If you're getting it for the price you mentioned in your OP, it appears to be lower than a similar-spec'd system from a local shop. The mobo is ATX/mATX, so there's flexibility if it fails later off-warranty.
Other thoughts:
HTH, and have fun shopping!
Other thoughts:
- memory: 12 gb you spec'd occupies 4 slots, with no upgrade options later. Suggest you spec 8gb using 2 slots and leaving 2 slots free for future upgrades. Or go 16GB.
- processor: if you're gaming, the i5 should be plenty. spend your money on a good video card
- processor: if you're into graphics/production and need 8 cores, retain the i7
- monitor: if you're gaming, the U2412M is an IPS panel and renders good colors but does not necessarily have the fastest refresh rates. IPS panels are expensive. Go for TN panels, which are cheaper and fast refresh more suited for gaming. If youre into graphics/photography, retain the IPS panel
- HDD: downgrade to 1TB and invest in a SSD. Trust me, once you boot in 15 secs you'll never go back. Alternatively, the dell has options for 2tb+ssd (cache or OS) so you might want to look at that.
- Optical drive: do you really need bluray? If you intend to watch bd movies then, OK. Otherwise, you can ive with just an el cheapo DVD-RW. I have 3 PC's at home and got rid of all DVD drives. I have 1 external drive I use for all of them, typically just during installation and troubleshooting.
- PSU: rated at 460w, just sufficient, and typical of the big boys. If they say it's enough, then if you don't intend to add new components you can live with it. I do question the efficiency of their units. When you upgrade later you can upsize the PSU to a larger capacity, more efficient model.
- Perpherals: such as mouse and KB you can opt not to include it but if the cost is minimal, perhaps retain. These items are a matter of preference, so there might be something out there that you'll like, say, a gaming model with all the extra bells and whistles. You can buy them locally after you test them.

Thanks for all your time buddy. You got me a bit curious on the SSD. I'll have to look up on the Dell cart that I saved to Check whether they provide SSD. Going for a better graphic card is not an option because that's the max Dell prOvides with this system. Another option now which i am reevuating is getting it done Here and using my 40 inch LCD. It has a high refresh rate and high motion sensor. Only thing Im concerned is the hardware comPatability and errors. Going with preassembled system like Dell you can rest assured that's not going to be a problem. If anyone can ecommens a good shop who's not willing to rip me off and provIDE a good spec. Not really sure on which moboni should go for now

I'd recommend Golden Systems in Al Ain Center, mainly because I have a friend there I trust. Look for Edgar; say you were referred by Leo. If you tag a budget he might be able to give you options. Just be wary of their Gigabyte z68 mobos as these are prone to a boot loop problem (unsure if they've fixed that with a bios upgrade recently). They are direct suppliers of Gigabyte, Coolermaster, Viewsonic, among other products, but prices are not the lowest.
You can also check out Al Ershad Computers and Blue Sky Computers, which both resells numerous brands but are not main dealers.

Just cheked the carts of dell. Adding an SSD is shooting up my price quite a alot. For 1399 im getting 17 3.90ghz
12GIG DDR 3, cant downgrade it, nvida 660 cant downgrade to 640. 2tb +32gb SSD only. no monitor bluray drive, cant downgrad to 16Xdvd burner,
Is there a shop who can built me this spec without charging me a bundle for it and also ensuring at the same time that an assembled pc wont have hardware conflict also not duping me on the MOBO. The MOBO is the place where people get cheated.
If not Ill have to go without the SSD and compromise on boot times

It would be good if you do a bit of research on the mobo's chipsets and its capabilities and potential problems. These links might help you decide.

You can phase your purchases until you've saved up enough for a setup you want. This also allows you time to research more on the components. Don't skimp on the mobo and PSU, and compute your eventual load requirements. If you think you will overclock, go for K processor. Read product reviews from testers and buyers who know what they are doing.
For example, as earlier suggested, get 8GB ram, add another 8GB later. You can go with 1TB 7200 drive, then upgrade to a ssd later (use the 1tb for storage). You can even use the built in video in the processor then buy a video card later. You get the drift.

Ok I got the PC. Now just need information on partitioning the sata drive.
Currently my boot time on windows 8 on the sata drive is 15 seconds. Not sure why its fast as I was told that SSD drive provides that kind of boot time. Probably its fresh I guess.
I wanted to know if I were to partition my sata drive would it slow up my boot time.
Also which is the best software on windows 8 for partitioning SATA drives.
1 TB SATA drive and I need to reserve C drive with 250 gig and the remaining partition with 700 GIG.
Any advice is appreciated alot.
