Thanks alot sanDoo. i think i will go for these specs. i got 200 $ more to spare on GPU. what upgrade would u recommend over the asus 670?

The Quietest: Asus GTX 670
The Fastest: Zotac GTX 670
The All-Around Best : Gigabyte GTX 670

In my opinion, all are around the same.. Palit GTX 670 is also good card for 310$, Asus GTX 670 is very very little better for ~400$.

So if I were you, I'll grab Palit GTX 670 and save the rest of money for gaming gears.
